Any activity can lead to understanding if you go into it deeply enough. Activities like meditation, exercising, walking in nature all can bring you to a deep understanding of the magic of life. You can become aware of your physical, emotional, and mental energy centers and where they are located. When we focus on them, we become aware of how they affect us and the life around us. When we know about the energy centers, we can lighten all our centers from the root to the crown. This way we can let energy flow through us as sensations. We are all parts of that energy that makes a whole.

Angels and spirit guides are all with us, whether we know it or not. Every one of us is unique and on our own journey. We are all evolving with one another. This book intends to give a perspective, a way of looking at ourselves. It might have some surprising results in the way you view yourself.

It is with positive mental focus and coming out of your comfort zone that can move you to places you could only imagine.
